Hello people!
I’m Katya and I want to show you what it’s like to be unemployed in Ufa. I live in a house in the suburbs and currently I’m busy doing decoration works there. Recently, I realized that I love Home Depot-like stores and everything related to construction and design.
So, I woke up at 9 a.m. after my parents left for work. Then I thought that it was kind of early and closed my eyes… to wake up three hours later! That’s what I see every morning. I love this fancy chandelier!
This Santa’s hat lifts my spirits because it reminds me of the holidays…
What do I look like after a good and long night’s sleep?
This is my cat sleeping next to me. His name’s Gosha. However, he responds only when he’s hungry.
I have to get up.
The first thing I do in the morning is turning my computer on to listen to some music.
I open the blinds to see what’s going on in the street. It’s freezing but it’s sunny.
Yeah, I sleep a lot!
The music’s on and I can crawl to the bathroom.
Since the house is being decorated, we don’t have doors in some rooms. This curtain is the door of my room.
This is a hall. The green curtain is the bathroom door and the curtain on the right leads to my parents’ room.
We haven’t hanged a mirror in the bathroom yet.
I want to show you the room where I’m going to work today. Here it is.
It is difficult to live in an unfinished house and sometimes it is dangerous!

I’m slow today…
I tuned on the TV set and that’s what I saw! They say that “service is temporary unavailable. Wait for 5 minutes and restart the program”.
I thought I could combine breakfast and lunch to work non-stop for longer.
On my way to the bathroom (I forgot to take a picture of myself in the mirror), I found this:

Now I have to go to the backyard to take some film to cover the floor in the room where I’m going to work today.

This year there is unusually little snow in Ufa. That hill is not snow, it is ground we brought in fall.
My sister left this snow angel for us.
What’s wrong with the winter this year? I see icicles melting!
I have to put on my working clothes first.
And I’m ready to start!
What’s covered with that film is a finished closet.
I have to sandpaper all that and coat with prime. Then, we will be able to hang wallpaper and floor the room.
This liquid stinks!
Hurray! It’s done!
Now I can go take a shower.
After we installed floor heating in the bathrooms, they became the cat’s favorite places in the house.
It’s sunset which means that my parents are coming home soon. I have to make dinner for them.
I didn’t take pictures of the dinner because I was too tired to go upstairs to take the camera.
After that, I watched TV for a while, surfed the Internet and fell asleep.
