Hello, my name is Lena. I am a shop windows designer, now work as a head of design department in one store chain. On holidays I make a season design of windows, this day is just like that.
I got up at 9.10 what’s in fact early and hard for me. I like to do something for pleasure, my work is one of the biggest joys for me. So getting up early won’t spoil my mood 
It was my long day of January 30th.
On the picture above is my fast breakfast in the kitchen. Not to wake up Arthur I’ve made a little table from the stool. For 10 minutes I drink coffee, apply mascara, check emails and the weather.
In order to make my every morning nice and beautiful I’ve decorated the wall I see daily when have breakfast. It’s utterly important for me, and I choose a plate depending on a food color.
Time to leave. My collegue Lada is waiting for me on Tverskaya, we agreed to go to a store in Balashikha. All bakery stores are closed so the shop-girls won’t get tasty presents.
Lada is a retailer. She’s nice and any trip with her is a fun. It’s been awhile she’s driven a car but I feel no fear, really!
We are happy to go against the traffic jam.
And here we are. Vika, the shop assistant, has been busy with documents since morning.
I start working. Now I have to decorate windows for St. Valentine’s Day. I’m making seams on the hearts and sticking bows to them.
In the process. I am told that our driver Sasha didn’t bring a part of decorations cause his car’s broken. I grumble. In the evening I’ll show how the ready thing should look.
As usual, I got carried away and forgot about hunger, Lada took me to have lunch. It was 1 pm, we went to a sushi place. The dish ordered turned out to be small!
Lada was luckier, she had tasty soup.

Result of my work
I wish there was upholstery for the boxes but i like what i see anyway. The shop window says that a bag may become a key to a woman’s heart.
As usual at work we discuss all bags, posing at the mirror and entertain buyers.
I am trying to choose something matching my boots. This time I left without purchases, it’s good. By 4 pm we arrive at the office in Kaluzhskaya. We are having a mini meeting there – 10 women are discussing bags, men and bags again for 2 hours… I take a photo of the office. These are Dasha, Inna and Olya. Dasha has recently had her birthday, I’d decorated her workplace with speaking cats.
Two Olgas and Tatiana. The office is very boring and I have been dreaming to design it for long. What I’ve done is only New Year decoration yet. Still nobody has removed it.
About 6 pm. Today I gonna work at night, now we are heading to have dinner in “Propaganda”. By 7-30 Arthur comes. Steak, salad, tasty..
Eating a very delicious dessert – meringue with fruit and nut.
By 10 pm me and Tanya come to “Europark” trading mall. Its administration forbids to change decorations in working time, so I have to do it at night.
I find a feng shui sign under the cash desk. Cute.
It’s an important day today! We are changing the sign of the store. The store has closed today under one name, and will open tomorrow under another. Tanya is controlling the workers.
Do you remember those boxes? Now I am trimming them with decorated cork.
Done with the shop window
The new result with already nicely looking boxes. I have put the newly arrived cool cool bags Gabs.
The store is still in the old design, in March we’ll start changing it. The male part of the window.
I am home only at 3 am. This is my supper that sooner looks like breakfast.
A bit time I spend at the working place.
Preparing clothes for tomorrow – it’s my immutable rule in any time and under any circumstances.
Finally go to bed, tomorrow two more shop windows are waiting for me…
