Reporting from Sacramento, CA. It’s February 11th, 2012.
I’m Pavel and I’m 44 years old.
As you know, this year St. Valentine’s Day was on Tuesday so in the States people celebrated it on Saturday. I had an opportunity to go to a party with Americans or hang out with Russians. I wanted to do both but had to choose and I chose the second.
It’s 10.45 a.m. and I didn’t want to wake up.
My breakfast too.
This is my kitchen…
And my aquarium.
That’s what I see from my balcony.
Another view from my apartment.
I turned on my computer and surfed the Internet. This device is both a computer and a TV.
It was 2 p.m. and I went to the museum.
In the photo you see my apartment house.
It’s February but weather is great! It’s great all year round here in California! Aren’t those blossoming trees beautiful?
It’s a museum of military equipment. This is the cockpit of a F-111 military aircraft.
An F-14 D.
You can sit in the cockpit here.
After the museum, I headed to downtown Sacramento. This homeless man was crossing the road on red but the drivers waited patiently.
My apartment again.
Its kitchen/hall (they are combined).
It was evening and I had to get dressed for the Russian party.
I dropped in at a store to buy a bottle of champagne.
It was +14C!
The party promised to be great.
It’s Marina Zhuravleva, she’s a singer.
A couple of dancers.
She’s got gorgeous… hair!
Those three couples played a game.
They gave TVs and laptops as presents!
I love her smile.
The party ended at 2.30 a.m. and then I went to my friend’s place. He’s single too.
