Cold Cold Water And Bob Marley’s B-Day

My Sample Day

One day of your life

Cold Cold Water And Bob Marley’s B-Day

It’s Moscow! I’m a student and a white collar. It’s Saturday, February 4th, 2012. Don’t expect to find signs of healthy lifestyle in this report because it’s shabby wallpaper, dirty cups and soulful atmosphere which are waiting for you!

I woke up at 9.30 and checked the thermometer. It showed -19C! Good!

Check out my new gadget!

Don’t be surprised at seeing photos this ugly at the beginning of the report. Can a person with eyes like this take nice photos at all?

I worked my way to my computer to read what was the plan for the day.

I have a bad habit of making notes of what I have to do.

The dog woke up when she smelt sausages.

My breakfast.

Let me brag about my handmade stuff a little! That tile was painted by my friend and those pebbled are my work.

I love this telephone and I’m fond of mosaic.

I want to make my entire world mosaic!

I’m an experienced traveller!

I recalled that I had to do the laundry.

Done. I could cross out doing the laundry from my list.

In the shower.

I just don’t like the bathroom after renovation and have to add bright colors to it.

When I saw the time, I realized I would be late if I didn’t leave the apartment in 5 minutes.

To hell with punctuality! I had to do what was written on my list!

It was going to be another handmade masterpiece.

I packed my stuff.

I almost forgot my cell phone.

I put on 4 jackets and it made me look fat!

Walking my dog.

I waited for a bus for like 20 minutes!

Finally, I was by the subway.

I was one hour late.

Then I took a tram… It was a long way but it was worth it!

This is why I came here! To take a swim!

I didn’t have time to prepare myself for the cold because I was late. It’s good I got cold in the subway.

It’s also good you don’t see my face! I’m not a shy person but it would be embarassing even for me!

My friends.

Then my friends went to the meeting and I headed home. I hold a kiwi in my left hand.

I decided to drop in at a grocery store.

I spent $25 there!

Traditionally, I had to wait for my bus longer than anybody else at the bus stop.

Hey, Masha!

Pasha was not home.

I owned Pasha a cake because I left the one on the right open and Masha ate it all…

It was just 4 p.m. and I had to be in downtown by 7.

Pasha didn’t make our bed (as usual). I had to fix it.

I called him and learnt he was with his daughter. It was good because it meant I wouldn’t have to make food for him and could listen to the music he hates.

“Attention! Dumb infantrymen!”

These are fellas living with us.

It’s a teddy bear.

I googled some pictures of mosaic to choose the one I liked best.

Then I looked for them in a book.

I had to dry my boots because they were wet after swimming.

I’m a beginning photographer so I read instructions for my camera a lot.

My friends began sending me photos of the swim.

My light lunch.

When I eat, I always look at the magnet picturing an old street in Yalta.

I have to finish this bracelet but I don’t feel like doing it.

Masha’s asking me for food. Get out!

I left a note to Pasha. It says “I ‘m at Bob Marley’s b-day party. Sveta”.

I put on some makeup for Bob.

Do you like my orange hat?

I waited for my bus again…

And took photos of what was around of boredom.

On the bus.

“Arbat”.

That’s the bar I needed.

In the bar.

At first, this man sang a mournful song…

But we had each other which was enough so we didn’t get bored.

Although Bob was born on February, 6th people celebrate it starting from February, 3rd. I don’t think he cares.

A smoking break.

Do you recognize those winter swimmers? They’ve also participated in the protest action!

This guy is from Kazan.

We danced from 8 p.m. till midnight!

Fooling around on the way home.

In the subway.

I passed by my station!

I was alone on the car and could sing a song!

Or photograph myself.

Then I had to go on foot because it was too late for public transport.

I came home!

We had tea with Pasha and talked about that happened during the day. He didn’t want me to take a picture of him…

I read a book before going to bed. It’s called “Everything about Hedgehog and Bear Cub”.

It was a long day!

Bye!
