Good Day, everybody! I am Larisa, on this day, February 18th, 2012 I turned …. I’ll tell you in the end how old I am…
This birthday I spent travelling, coming home. We’ll start from Belgium, proceed to France and end in England. Welcome to my day!

We woke up early, at 7 am. After bathroom procedures we had substantial breakfast, long way was ahead.

After all, having packed all stuff into a car, we decided to have a final walk in the city. Bruges is fairly considered to be one of the most interesting and beautiful cities of Europe.

Interesting to peep into shop windows, sometimes you may see chocolate of an unusual shape…

And unusual owners of shoe stores.

It’s so nice here but it’s time to go home. And I miss son so much! I haven’t seen him for some days.

To be honest, it’s never been better in any other hotel – so quiet and calm. Here is even a Japanese garden with a pond where beautiful fish live.

We return the keys to move forward

We decided to have a stop at a little city Newport where I dropped in a church. It began reining and the wind got stronger. The church was empty and it was wonderful.

Now we have a way to France ahead, up to the Euro-tunnel, so – “Happy Birthday!” And good luck!

It was raining all the way long, and soon we noticed that heating in the car didn’t work.
We parked at a big mall to find out we’d run out of coolant in the radiator. We eliminated the problem and entered the mall to buy some products, a cake and to pee.

We were early at the tunnel and but didn’t manage to get on the train earlier. It was Saturday and many people were coming back.

Having passed the passport control and sat in the car for about 20 minutes we drove to our train.

I decided to watch a movie. It turned out it was full of intimate scenes so many people who were passing by tried to look at the screen and at me. ))
The movie was French as I love, about love, passion and problems.

I didn’t even notice how we passed the English channel and soon it began raining and got dark.

We were home in 3 hours. Nice! Someone remembers about my b-day.

I threw an eye on the cams and rushed upstairs, to son and our cat.

Denis was happy to see me.

Then we had a little fast festive supper, this was raclette.

Husband offered to go downstairs to the bar where some band was performing. Frankly speaking I had some power to stay there for some minutes only…

I unpacked the stuff and realized I would fall soon but I lit the candles on the cake anyway.

The cake was tasty, melted in the mouth.

Probably it was my longest b-day. Thanks if you were patient enough to be here till the end.
