Hello! My name is Lena, I’m 25. I’m a designer and I live in Moscow which I’m very happy about!
It is amazing how days are similar to each other, isn’t it? Sometimes it seems to me that life is a dream, it’s like another reality… Also I believe that 24 hours is not enough for one day.
I don’t read books, spend hours in the bathtub or look through fashion magazines… I work a lot and move. That’s what I’m going to show you. It was March 21st, 2012. It was the day when spring came.

I’d thought I was not an early riser until I realized that what I needed was just 7 hours of sleep and sometimes I even enjoyed waking up early.

I wake up to the music of my alarm and TV and then I jump out of the bed to turn the TV off because I don’t like morning news. That morning I turned on the radio to listen to some good music.

I weigh myself every morning and write down everything I eat.

I don’t like oatmeal so I replace it with oatmeal biscuits which I make every morning.

I mixed everything up and put it into the oven.

That morning, I exercised a bit to cheer up.

The color of the bathroom is very important for me. It should be bracing and for me citrus colors are bracing.

I like harmony in everything.

Let’s go back to my breakfast.

My life’s been sort of a mess lately, so has my breakfast. That morning I found some carrots in the fridge and had them for breakfast. I was glad it made some sort of a substitution for the sun which my skin hadn’t seen for quite a while.

I like reading what’s new in the world of fashion while enjoying my breakfast.

That morning I also checked my e-mail and filled in my diary of calories.

I had to hurry up.

I had to dry my hair, put makeup and get dressed fast.

It was simple: moisturizing face lotion, powder, mascara, eyeliner and eyeshadows.

Almost ready to go!

The flash wouldn’t work so I decided to make these pics blask-and-white.

I left home when it was…

It was still winter. I was tired of it but I was even more tired of washing dirt off my shoes every day!

My way to the metro lies through this park. I like it and it helps me keep my body in shape.

First of all, I had to pick up my invitation to Dasha Gauser’s show.

It was 10 minutes to 11 and I had about an hour to take a look at what they sold there.

I got what I needed and rushed to the metro station.

I have a metrophobia and try to avoid entering the stations during the rush hour.

Music is with me everywhere.

Twice a week I hold classes for children and that Wednesday was one of these days. The lesson was to begin at 2 p.m. so I came to this department store with a powerful atmosphere of the Soviet time.

This jam is my latest fetish.

I dropped into the bank to pick up my banking card and left my passport there. My inattention was turned on.

The invitations.

That’s my workplace. It’s a mess.

I still had one hour before my lesson.

I had some cottage cheese with blueberry jam for lunch.

I worked for a while.

We tried to make a soft toy with the smaller kids. As for the older ones, we discussed more complex stuff and I had no time for photographing.

I worked during the break too.

My mom works in the same office. She designs and makes costumes for children. She’s a photographer by education but she set her choice on design. I guess her costumes make up about 70% of what the company produces. While this kid was admiring herself, we discussed what we could add to the dress.

Time flew by.

I was tired but tried to look cheerful.

I don’t always succeed.

Then I had to go to my parents’ to take my passport (my mom picked it up on her way home).

My parents’ cat.

I had to waste away some time before a meeting I was going to have…

Then I learnt the meeting was canceled so I rushed home because I wanted to watch Svetlana Frantsuzova’s show.

I was not hungry so I had just some kefir with biscuits for dinner. I was very tired but I filled in the diary before going to bed.

I set up the timer…

And my alarm.

Actually, every day I feel like it was wasted, like I didn’t do anything at all and I don’t know what to do about it.
