Hi! I am Nina! A food blogger. Now I study to cook in France (at Ecole Nationale Supérieure de la Pâtisserie (ENSP)), highly prestigious school of confectionary art not far from Lyon.
This was a crazy Friday (July, 20th). But it was the tastiest day of the week. On Fridays we arrange so called “buffet” – an exhibition with an opportunity to taste anything made on a week.
Awakening. Our classes start at 5:30. So I have to get up at 4:30. It was soooo hard!
Why do classes start so early? In order fresh bread could appear in stores in the morning.
We live right in the castle! Everyone has a personal room with a bathroom.
As always I am the first to be here except the boss. I have 15 min before the classes. But I am already ordered to start working, prepare necessary ingredients.
