Hello! I am in Athens, in Glyfada having my vacations!
And let me introduce myself – I am Nastya, 25, and I’m from Moscow.

We are up early today.

I am in my bathroom.

Now I look full of energy.

I need comfortable clothes today. Hubby is to come soon.

Our substantial meal.

We are about to leave.

The sea is so close to the hotel. But we have to pass by today…

We are trying to buy tickets but the machine does not work. So we go to another stop on foot but it does not work there too. It only remains to stow away a bit…

The trams are spacious inside and half empty. The stations are announced in Greek and English.

We saw a woman selling tickets so we were not outlaw anymore.

Then we had to buy a map.

Greeks like to use scooters so much.

Those guys who sell fur coats understand that we are Russians even if we say nothing!

From here we start climbing to Acropolis.

This is an ancient library, I feel so special in this place.

We are leaving the city behind.

We’ll come back here later.

It becomes only hotter! So much hotter!

We are up at the foot of Acropolis.

This is us.

Athens is on our palm!

You feel like on the top of the world.

But ancient temples wait for us ahead.

A ticket to Acropolis costs 12 euros. It includes five places to visit.
We constantly feel thirsty while going higher.

The tourists are exhausted by the heat.

We don’t have much time till the place closes.

Great Parthenon is being repaired.

This is a view of Athens.

I could become a historian and now I can see so much I used to be told about.

This is the highest peak of Athens – Lycabettus.

There are so many cats in Greece, they like to lie in shadows.

This is Erechtheion temple.

I touch the history and immediately hear the threatening “Do not touch!”

Citizens of Athens used to meet here two thousand years ago to discuss news and serious matters.

The complex is about to close already.

The ancient streets have many shops and taverns.

Fur coats sellers continue to follow us

We are moving on.

And I had some rest on the stairs.

The hubby is checking the map.

Only columns have remained of the temple of Olympian Zeus.

We finally reached the House of Parliament.

We could see the guards changing. They had interesting uniform on, it looked Turkish…

We are going back to Glyfada.

We are having a snack in the local McDonald’s. They have a tasty tortilla with meat!

We change at the hotel and leave again.

Heading to the sea.

The sea is so warm!

It is sooo nice!

It’s a good place for yoga.

What a wonderful sunset.

I needed to take a romantic shot.

We should go back for dinner.

I like vacations because I can change 2-3 times a day.

Night Glyfada: people walk and have fun.

We ate moussaka, we are in Greece!

Locals like to stare at shopwindows here.

We are back in the room. Andrey turns TV on and I take a book. At half to 12 I am already sleepy. Tomorrow we will go to the sea and spend the whole day there.

I’ve been in Greece this July on holidays with my girlfriend. Those pics brought me fond memories of it. We were visiting Santorini, Mykonos and Athens. ¡Such a beautiful country and people! By the way I’m from Spain.
