Yoga Holiday In Nepal

Hi! I am Julia from Kiev, Ukraine. I am 29. I decided to make my dreams come true this fall. I wanted to travel much. I started from Nepal.

It was October, 4th, we spent it in Pokhara, in the foothill of the Himalayas.

Awakening is early, at 5:30 a.m. I have to make myself meditate. But some exercises go first. And lime tea.

This place is so wonderful that my camera is constantly in my hands.

Paragliders fly each morning.

We are here for the favorite procedure :)

This is how the intimate process looks like.

Walking in the forest follows yoga exercises.

We are heading to have breakfast at last. We eat only healthy vegetarian food. Even sandwiches have no meat! And they are still tasty.

I have muesli.

After breakfast I decide to have a mudbath :)

I am this dirty! :)

After the meditation we have lunch :)

When we have free time we usually sleep or read. But today we take photos on the roof.

4 p.m. is the time for karma yoga. We should do something useful: gardening or cooking, for example. Today we help the chief to cook a Tibetan dish. By the way, I absolutely cannot cook. But I am always interested in cuisine of various countries.

All the guys are friendly.

Momo reseble dumplings but they are cooked on steam. They can be made with vegetables, chicken, potatoes, cheese… They are served with spicy souce.

By 5 p.m. we meet on the terrace where we have Nepali tea, masala with milk and spices and popcorn.

Then we start singing mantras. I’d never done it before, it turned out to be quite interesting.

Evening yoga goes next.

Which is followed by dinner.

At 8 p.m. already we go to sleep and we all sleep like babies because in the morning we start everything from the very beginning.
