Hi, everyone! My name is Olesya and I’m 28. I live in Bali. Today is November, 28th and it’s going to be a fasting day for me. This whole week is going to be fasting, actually. I’m going to eat just apples and smile. This is what my body and soul need. I tried a raw food diet and lost 6 kilograms, felt light and happy.
